Band-e Zarak District
Band-e Zarak District (Persian: بخش بندزرک) is in Minab County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Band-e Zarak.

After the 2006 census, Band-e Zarak Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Band-e Zarak District, which was divided into two rural districts.
The National Census in 2011 counted 42,929 people in 9,888 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 47,845 inhabitants in 12,556 households.
After the census, Karian Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Karian District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the newly formed Talang Rural District.
In 2019, three villages in Band-e Zarak District were elevated to the status of cities: Band-e Zarak, Kargan and Zehuki.
