Kargan Rural District
Kargan Rural District (Persian: دهستان کرگان) is in Band-e Zarak District of Minab County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sarmast.

After the 2006 census, Band-e Zarak Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Band-e Zarak District, which was divided into two rural districts.
At the National Census of 2011, its population was 12,381 in 2,749 households. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 13,724 in 3,505 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Kargan (now a city), with 5,282 people.
