Layen Rural District
Layen Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاین) is in Hezarmasjed District of Kalat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Ahmadabad, whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 480 people in 141 households.

After the census, Hezarmasjed Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Hezarmasjed District, which was divided into two rural districts. In addition, the village of Hasanabad-e Layen-e Now was elevated to city status.
