Central District (Kalat County)
The Central District of Kalat County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان کلات) is in Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kalat.

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 22,928 in 5,630 households. The following census in 2011 counted 22,421 people in 6,086 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 21,820 inhabitants in 6,493 households.
After the census, Charam Rural District was established in the district, and Hezarmasjed Rural District was separated from the district in the establishment of Hezarmasjed District.
