Gordeyevsky District

Gordeyevsky District (Russian: Горде́евский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast and borders with Kastsyukovichy' District in Mogilev region of Belarus in the north, Surazhsky District in the east, Klintsovsky and Novozybkovsky Districts in the south, and Krasnogorsky District in the west. A distance between the center of Gordeyevscky District (the rural locality (a selo) of Gordeyevka) and the center of Bryansk Oblast (The city of Bryansk) is 240 km. The center of District and the center of Oblast are connected by motor roads only.
