Klintsovsky District
Klintsovsky District (Russian: Клинцо́вский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,291.4 square kilometers (498.6 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Klintsy (which is not administratively a part of the district). Population: 17,163 (2021 Census); 20,503 (2010 Census); 23,581 (2002 Census); 29,638 (1989 Census).
