Giyan Rural District (Persian: دهستان گیان) is in Giyan District of Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Giyan.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,863 in 830 households. The most populous of its six villages was Hoseynabad-e Giyan, with 1,017 people.
