Eypak

Eypak (Persian: ايپك), also Romanized as Āypak, Epīk , and Īpak, is a village in, and the capital of, Eypak Rural District of the Central District of Eshtehard County, Alborz province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 652 in 165 households, when it was in Palangabad Rural District of Eshtehard District, Karaj County, Tehran province.

In August 2010, Karaj County, Nazarabad County, and Savojbolagh County were separated from the province in the establishment of Alborz province.

In June 2012, Eshtehard District was separated from Karaj County in the establishment of Eshtehard County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Eshtehard as its capital and only city at the time.

At the most recent census in 2016, the population of Eypak was 781 in 222 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
