Dwitiyo Purush (film)
Dwitiyo Purush is a 2020 Indian Bengali thriller film, directed by Srijit Mukherjee and produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. The film stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Raima Sen, Anirban Bhattacharya. It is a sequel (spin-off according to some reviews, since the character of Chatterjee, the second lead in the prequel is now the protagonist and central character here) to the 2011 crime thriller, Baishe Srabon. The film follows the arresting of a new serial killer, Khoka, by the now DCDD Abhijit Pakrashi. It shows Abhijit Pakrashi's life in a greater detail, showing many twists and turns in the film.

It was theatrically released on 23 January 2020, as a tribute to detective writers, Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle. It quickly garnered a cult following and is considered to be one of the best crime thrillers of Bengali cinema. In October 2023, Dawshom Awbotaar, a prequel crossover of Baishe Srabon and Vinci Da was released, thus making Dwitiyo Purush the third installment of Srijit Mukherji's Cop Universe.
