Dryope (daughter of Dryops)

In Greek mythology, Dryope (/ˈdr.əp/; Greek: Δρυόπη derived from δρῦς drys, "oak"; dryope "woodpecker") is the daughter of Dryops, king of Oeta ("oak-man") or of Eurytus (and hence half-sister to Iole). Dryope mothered Amphissus by Apollo.
