Dmitry Borovikov
Dmitry Alexandrovich Borovikov (Russian: Дми́трий Алекса́ндрович Боровико́в, romanized: Dmítrij Aleksándrovich Borovikóv) also known as «Kislyi» (Sour) (9 June 1984 – 18 May 2006) — was a Russian neo-Nazi and neo-Pagan, the organizer of two extremist groups "Mad Crowd" and "Combat Terrorist Organization" (Russian: Боевая Террористическая Организация; БТО; Boevaya Terroristicheskaya Organizaciya, BTO). In his position, he organized several murders. Borovikov died after being shot while he was detained by operatives of the 18th (political) department of the UBOP on May 18, 2006.
