Dachshund homologue (DACH1) regulates tumorigenesis in humans as a part of the Retinal Determination Gene Network (RDGN) complex, with cancer patients showing altered DACH1 expression. Its homologs form the SKI/SNO/DAC family (Pfam PF02437).
