Chelevand Rural District
Chelevand Rural District (Persian: دهستان چلوند) is in Lavandevil District of Astara County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Chelavand.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district had further fallen to 5,370 in 1,635 households. The most populous of its 17 villages was Qarah Suy, with 1,537 people.
