Chelavand
Chelavand (Persian: چلوند, also Romanized as Chelvand; also known as Bālā Maḩalleh-ye Chelvand, Chelvand-e Bālā, and Chīlīvand) is a village in, and the capital of, Chelevand Rural District of Lavandevil District, Astara County, Gilan province, Iran.
