Charam-e Kohneh
Charam-e Kohneh (Persian: چرم كهنه; also known as Charam) is a village in, and the capital of, Charam Rural District of the Central District of Kalat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 991 in 248 households, when it was in Kabud Gonbad Rural District. The following census in 2011 counted 804 people in 248 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 674 people in 231 households.
Charam Rural District was established in the Central District after the census.
