Cananga (ultimately from Proto-Malayo-Polynesian *kanaĆa) is a small genus of trees in the family Annonaceae, native to Indo-China and Malesia, but introduced elsewhere. One of its species, Cananga odorata, is important as the source of the perfume ylang-ylang.
