Bao Jingyan
Bao Jingyan or Pao Ching-yen (Chinese: 鮑敬言) (Pinyin: Bào Jìngyán) was a Chinese, libertarian/anarchist philosopher and Taoist who lived somewhere between the late 200's AD and before 400 AD.
