Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District
Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بالا اخيابان ليتكوه) is in Emamzadeh Abdollah District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Emamzadeh Abdollah (formerly Esku Mahalleh).

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 22,171 in 5,533 households. There were 11,605 inhabitants in 3,415 households at the census of 2011, by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Emamzadeh Abdollah District. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,303 in 2,284 households. The most populous of its 15 villages was Marzan Kola, with 1,456 people.
