American University in Dubai
The American University in Dubai (AUD) (Arabic: الجامعة الأمريكية في دبي) is a private for-profit university in Dubai, United Arab Emirates located in Dubai Media City. It was founded in October, 1995 and is considered to be the first private university established in UAE. It serves UAE nationals and international students with an American-style education.

AUD is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the UAE Ministry of Education. 2022–2023 enrollment was around 1,800 students. AUD has a faculty of over 110. Its curriculum is based on the US model of a liberal education.
AUD's campus is situated on grounds of approximately 1,300,000 sq ft (120,000 m2), and encompasses three academic buildings, a Student Center, an administration building, residence halls, a cafeteria area, and an open air sports facilities.
