Adaran Rural District (Persian: دهستان آدران) is in Asara District of Karaj County, Alborz province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Adaran.

At the census of 2006, its population (as a part of Tehran province) was 8,995 in 2,681 households. In the most recent census of 2016, its population was 7,679 people in 2,743 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province. The most populous of its 31 villages was Kondor, with 1,922 people.
