2023–24 Marshall Thundering Herd women's basketball team

The 2023–24 Marshall Thundering Herd women's basketball team represented Marshall University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Thundering Herd, led by first-year head coach Kim Caldwell, were playing their home games at Cam Henderson Center in Huntington, West Virginia as members of the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 26–7, 17–1 in Sun Belt play to finish in first place. In the Sun Belt tournament, they defeated Appalachian State, Old Dominion, and James Madison to become champions. They received the Sun Belt's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where, as a No. 13 seed, they lost to No. 4 seed Virginia Tech in the first round.
