Kim Caldwell

Kim Caldwell (née Stephens) is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers. She previously served in the same role at Marshall for one season, where she was named the Division I Rookie Coach of the Year in 2024. Prior to Marshall, Caldwell made a name for herself as coach of the Glenville State Pioneers. During her seven-year tenure there, the team won six regular season conference championships, four conference tournament championships, made six NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, and won the 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship.
