2010 Texas A&M Aggies football team
The 2010 Texas A&M Aggies football team (often referred to as "A&M" or the "Aggies") represented Texas A&M University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was led by third-year head coach Mike Sherman and played their home games at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas. The team's defense was led by first-year coach Tim DeRuyter. The Aggies finished the season 9–4, 6–2 in Big 12 play and were South Division champions with Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. They were invited to the Cotton Bowl Classic where they were defeated by LSU, 24–41.
