1939 Humboldt State Lumberjacks football team

The 1939 Humboldt State Lumberjacks football team represented Humboldt State College—now known as California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt—as an independent during the 1939 college football season. Led by second-year head coach Herbert L. Hart, the Lumberjacks compiled a record of 5–2 and outscored their opponents 90–34 for the season. They shut outs three opponents and allowed more than ten points only once. The team played home games at Albee Stadium in Eureka, California.
