1892 Northwestern Purple football team
The 1892 Northwestern Purple team represented Northwestern University during the 1892 college football season. The Wildcats compiled a 6–4–2 record and outscored their opponents by a combined total of 140 to 112. The team played 12 games, five of which were designated as "practice" games and seven of which were designated as official match games.
