Herher, Nagorno-Karabakh
Herher (Armenian: Հերհեր) or Gargar (Azerbaijani: Qarqar) is a village in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan, in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The village had an Armenian majority in 1989.
