President of the United States Joe Biden says that the missile blast in Poland was caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile. U.S. officials had earlier told the Associated Press that preliminary findings suggested that the missile that hit Poland was fired by Ukrainian forces at an incoming Russian missile.
