  • A court in Budapest rejects an appeal by independent radio station Klubrádió to have its broadcast license renewed by the government's media regulator, which says that the station had infringed rules.   • One person is killed and four others injured in a mass shooting at an Allina Health clinic in Buffalo, Minnesota. A 67-year-old man is arrested, and the clinic is believed to have been intentionally targeted. (CNN)
