Lavij Rural District

Lavij Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاويج) is in Chamestan District of Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Rais Kola.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,239 in 1,022 households. The most populous of its 15 villages was Kia Kola, with 873 people.
