Lavan Rural District
Lavan Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاوان) is in Kish District of Bandar Lengeh County, Hormozgan province, Iran. The rural district covers Lavan Island and Shidvar Island.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,214 in 304 households. The largest of its nine villages was Laz, with 1,101 people.
