Lactobacillus bulgaricus GLB44
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus is a bacterial subspecies traditionally isolated from European yogurts. Lactobacillus bulgaricus GLB44 differs from other L. bulgaricus strains because it was isolated from the leaves of Galanthus nivalis (common snowdrop) in Bulgaria.
