Kumano, Mie

Kumano (熊野市, Kumano-shi) is a city located in Mie Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 July 2021, the city had an estimated population of 16,232 in 8,746 households and a population density of 43 persons per km2. The total area of the city is 373.35 square kilometres (144.15 sq mi). Kumano is Yoshino-Kumano National Park's finest international beach resort.
