Kulundinsky District

Kulundinsky District (Russian: Кулунди́нский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the west of the krai. The area of the district is 1,980 square kilometers (760 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Kulunda. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 23,000, with the population of Kulunda accounting for 63.2% of that number.
