Kuhsaran Rural District
Kuhsaran Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهساران) is in the Central District of Qaem Shahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kutna.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,907 in 1,724 households. The most populous of its eight villages was Saru Kola, with 2,402 people.
