Kuhenjan Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهنجان) is in Kuhenjan District of Sarvestan County, Fars province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Sarvestan District of Shiraz County) was 6,692 in 1,646 households. There were 3,385 inhabitants in 878 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sarvestan County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,017 in 900 households. The largest of its 30 villages was Seyfabad, with 1,207 people.
