Kuhdasht Rural District
Kuhdasht Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهدشت) is a former administrative division of the former Miandorud District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital was Surak.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 20,601 in 5,213 households.
After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Miandorud County. The rural district's name was changed to Kuhdasht-e Sharqi Rural District and the joined the new Kuhdasht-e Gharbi Rural District within the Central District.
