Kuhak-e Esfandak Rural District
Kuhak-e Esfandak Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهك اسفندك) was an administrative division of Bam Pasht District of Saravan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital was the village of Esfandak (now a city).

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 9,267 in 1,989 households. There were 11,633 inhabitants in 2,596 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,880 in 3,089 households. The largest of its 57 villages was Kuhak, with 3,201 people.
In August 2017, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Mehregan District, which was divided into two rural districts. In November 2021, the village of Esfandak was elevated to the status of a city.
