Kronos (comics)
Kronos (UK: /ˈkroʊnɒs/, US: /ˈkroʊnoʊs/) (also spelled as Chronos) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Jim Starlin, the character first appeared in Iron Man #55 (February 1972). Kronos is a cosmic being who is the embodiment of time. He is the brother of Uranos. He is also the grandfather of the supervillain Thanos.
