Krasnogorsky District, Udmurtia

Krasnogorsky District (Russian: Красного́рский райо́н; Udmurt: Красногорск ёрос, Krasnogorsk joros) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-five in the Udmurt Republic, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the republic. The area of the district is 1,860.1 square kilometers (718.2 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Krasnogorskoye. Population: 10,347(2010 Census); 12,219 (2002 Census); 14,202(1989 Census). The population of Krasnogorskoye accounts for 42.8% of the district's total population.
