Kotelnichsky District

Kotelnichsky District (Russian: Коте́льничский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,940 square kilometers (1,520 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Kotelnich (which is not administratively a part of the district). Population: 15,799;(2010 Census) 20,507 (2002 Census); 27,712(1989 Census).
