Kisan Ghat

Kisan Ghat (transl. Farmer’s memorial) is a memorial in Raj Ghat, New Delhi, India, marking the cremation site of Chaudhary Charan Singh. It is dedicated to the fifth Prime Minister of India, Charan Singh who was a prominent farmer leader known for his advocacy for the agricultural community. His birthday on 23 December is celebrated as Kisan Diwas in India.
