Kirkheaton, Northumberland
Kirkheaton (English: /ˈkərkhiːtən/) is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Capheaton, in the county of Northumberland, England. The village lies about 10 miles (16 km) north east of Hexham and about 5 miles (8 km) west of Belsay. In 1951 the parish had a population of 70.
