Kim Hui-chul
Kim Hui-chul (Korean: 김희철, born 15 December 1947) is a South Korean politician. He was the former Mayor of Gwanak District (1998-2006), as well as the Member of National Assembly for Gwanak 2nd constituency (2008-2012).
