Khinkali
Khinkali (Georgian: ხინკალი, [χiŋkʼali] ⓘ; sometimes Romanized hinkali or xinkali) is a dumpling in Georgian cuisine. It is made of twisted knobs of dough, stuffed with meat, fish or vegetables and spices.
