Khinkali (Georgian: ხინკალი, [χiŋkʼali] ; sometimes Romanized hinkali or xinkali) is a ⓘdumpling in Georgian cuisine. It is made of twisted knobs of dough, stuffed with meat, fish or vegetables and spices.
