Khamir Rural District
Khamir Rural District (Persian: دهستان خمیر) is in the Central District of Khamir County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Dar Gur.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,602 in 3,035 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Pol-e Sharqi (now the city of Pol), with 5,943 people.
