Kelar-e Gharbi Rural District
Kelar-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان کلار غربی), formerly Kelarabad Rural District (دهستان كلارآباد), is in Kelar District of Abbasabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sisara.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as Kelarabad Rural District of Abbasabad District, Tonekabon County) was 8,445 in 2,394 households. There were 5,804 inhabitants in 1,797 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Abbasabad County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,293 in 751 households. The most populous of its six villages was Sisara, with 1,272 people.
