Kelachay
Kelachay (Persian: كلاچای, Gilaki: کلأچئه), also Romanized as Kelāchāy, Kelā Chāy, also known as Kala Cha, is a city in, and the capital of, Kelachay District of Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran. It is on the Caspian Sea.
