Keith Jerome Jackson, Jr. (born February 25, 1985) is a former American football defensive tackle. He was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the seventh round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Arkansas. He is the son of former NFL Pro Bowl tight end Keith Jackson.
