Keir Giles

Keir Giles (born 26 January 1968) is a British writer who is considered an expert on the Russian military. He has written multiple books on the geopolitical conflict between the West and Russia such as NATO's Handbook of Russian Information Warfare for NATO Defense College. Giles has commented extensively on the Serdyukov reform^§, Russian disinformation^§, and the Russo-Ukrainian war^§.
