Karvan-e Sofla Rural District

Karvan-e Sofla Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرون سفلي), formerly Karvan-e Vosta Rural District (دهستان کرون وسطی), is in Karvan District of Tiran and Karvan County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Afjan.

Not to be confused with Karvan District or Karvan-e Olya Rural District.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 18,066 in 4,876 households. There were 19,318 inhabitants in 5,761 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 19,716 in 6,128 households. The most populous of its 25 villages was Mirabad, with 2,758 people.
